This program is a customer incentive program to motivate customers to
return to Baymont Inns and Woodfield Suites. Customers accumulate points
every time they stay at the hotel. These points can be redeemed via the
web site or through the telecenter for various different rewards. For
example, airline tickets, free hotel stays, car rentals and many other
items.
Not only can customers redeem for rewards online, they can also securely
modify account and password information, review account history and order
history for rewards redeemed.
New members can register online and receive automatically a unique membership
ID and password.
Through a vendor relationship with Maritz,
Quest Consulting, LLC provided project management, project planning and
estimating, web and database development, software quality assurance testing,
and implementation.
